Raising mountain safety awareness

For safe activities

As a manufacturer, we started this development project with the aim of creating gear for enjoying the outdoors while also focusing on safety education. We conducted interviews and questionnaire surveys with mountain guides, medical professionals, and others.

We conducted a development survey

In a survey conducted in-house, 80% of respondents (1,194 cases) encountered trouble while hiking. We investigated the contents of the first aid kits they carried as safety measures and the functions they desired, and used this information in the development of the product.

MY FIRST AID is a bag that allows you to easily organize and carry the items you need to prepare for mountain accidents. The unique POPS (Paago Organizing Pocket System) uses Velcro, allowing you to freely add and remove dedicated zipper bags, allowing you to view your items like turning the pages of a book.

Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, we decided on a zippered pocket that meets the high demands of waterproofness and hygiene. We made numerous prototypes to find the perfect size to fit the ideal items and a thickness that would be strong enough. Four zippered pockets are included with the purchase, and replaceable refills are also sold separately.

Customize it to your liking

Medium size

The M size can also hold a triangular bandage, tape, and an EpiPen, which is necessary in case of an allergic reaction. The photo shows an example of how items can be stored. Both the S and M sizes have a zippered bag with a space for writing notes.

Small size

The small size is the same size as pocket tissues. It can hold bandages, poison remover, etc., and is convenient for carrying minimal luggage when trail running, etc.

ID sheet that will be useful in case of an emergency

It comes with a waterproof ID sheet that can be used to provide others with information necessary for treatment, such as your emergency contact information and blood type, in the event that you are unable to move due to an injury or other reason.

Inner pocket

The inside of the bag has a zippered pocket and a flap pocket, which are convenient for storing bulky items or items you need to access quickly.
