Cash on delivery fee
・Up to 30,000 yen: ¥330 (tax included)
・30,001 yen to 100,000 yen: ¥550 (tax included)
・100,001 yen to 300,000 yen: ¥1,100 (tax included)
・300,001 yen to 400,000 yen: ¥3,300 (tax included)
・400,001 yen to 500,000 yen: ¥4,400 (tax included)
*Cash on delivery is not available for orders over 500,000 yen.

Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange procedures
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product, specifying the following information:
・Customer name ・Order number ・Product name you wish to return/exchange ・Size/color ・Reason for return/exchange
When returns or exchanges are not possible
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
  • If there is evidence that the product has been used even once
  • If more than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered
  • If there are scratches or stains that were not present at the time of shipping (please be careful when trying on the item)
  • If the product case, instruction manual, warranty card, tag, or other accessories are damaged, soiled, or lost
  • Underwear and underwear that have been worn even once, including those tried on
  • Sale items and special offers
  • Products that have been modified according to customer instructions, such as skis with bindings already attached
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Limits on the number of returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are limited to one per order.
Refund Policy
・If the return is due to customer convenience, only the product price will be refunded. (Various fees and shipping charges are not refundable.)
・Bank transfer fees at the time of refund will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- The shipping costs incurred by our store when the item was first shipped will also be deducted from the refund.
