First of all, we started by asking ourselves, "What is the thing that we wear most throughout the year?"
The answer was simply nylon wind shells such as Patagonia's Houdini Jacket and Arcteryx's Squamish Jacket.
However, these were mainly used as shells to wear while on the move, and many were difficult to coordinate with other items when worn around town because the size was too tight or the fabric was not firm enough, making them look unfashionable.So what we aimed for was a wind shell that could be worn like a jacket with a shirt-like feel, created from a new perspective as something that was "halfway between a soft shell and a jacket."

Although the base is simple, the large width and silhouette that widens towards the hem, and the sleeves that are rounded from the thick elbows towards the hem, create a unique sense of balance.
The wide hem can be worn as is, but you can also use the elastic and adjuster at the hem to tighten it as much as you like, tuck the hem in, and shorten the length to create a rounded balloon silhouette.
At first glance it looks like a regular raglan sleeve, but it incorporates traditional tailoring techniques and has been redesigned from the pattern of a classic Balmacaan coat to allow for greater freedom of movement.
The intricate intersection of incurves and outcurves creates a three-dimensional silhouette.
This has made it possible to minimize the difficulty of lifting the arms that is common with jackets with a wide body, and has dramatically improved the movement of the arms, especially forward and backward.

The diagonally placed pockets have a fairly large opening and capacity, allowing for smooth and direct access.
The fabric is 100% nylon ripstop sheer material, and is extremely thin at 42g/m2.
It has a good balance of letting in and blocking out the wind, is breathable so you won't feel stuffy even when wearing it for a long time, and dries quickly without sticking to your skin even when you sweat, making it an all-around, easy-to-use, stable fabric.
