Developed in collaboration with a group of Swiss designers, this BC pack is ideal for one-day backcountry adventures and other adventures, allowing for lightweight mobility with minimal equipment. Crafted from 420D ripstop nylon, it offers high durability and waterproofness, while its streamlined functionality contributes to its lightweight design. The product name, "Amauti," refers to the traditional Inuit baby carrier. Like the image of carrying a baby on your back, the Amauti features a single, integrated panel (a single-piece outer shell) that encases the pack, incorporating the shoulder and hip belt. While compression straps are typically used, the Amauti is strapless. The shoulder and hip belt function as compression straps, securing the contents of the pack to the back with the entire surface panel, resulting in a superior fit and comfort.

The main compartment can be accessed from the back panel and the side zipper. The back access panel opens and closes all the way to the bottom with just a zipper, making it easy to see inside and staying open even when you let go, allowing for stress-free packing.


The side access side zipper allows you to access the main compartment without taking off the backpack by turning one shoulder strap over your shoulder and turning it in front of your body. There is also a skin pocket between the outer shell and the main compartment where you can store seals, shells, etc.


The daisy chains on both sides of the pack allow you to attach skis and snowshoes using the four included tension straps. You can attach not only skis and snowboards, but also trekking poles.


If you remove the G-hook at the top of the back of the emergency compartment, you will find a small pocket that can hold first aid.


Avalanche Gear Pocket: Remove the G-hook at the top back and store snow safety gear such as a shovel or probe on the front of the main body. This allows you to quickly access snow safety gear in an emergency.


Avalanche Gear Pocket The shaft can be quickly attached to the blade (at the attachment part) while the blade is stored in the Avalanche Gear Pocket, allowing for smooth removal.


The original Teton Bros. G-hook is installed at the top back of the bag. It is angled and has a cord that makes it easy to remove even while wearing gloves.
