An ultralight hiking backpack for everyday use by trail bums. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, from trail life to town life. Based on backpacks made by hiker "Yas," it is packed with TRAIL BUM's passion and has a simple structure that is typical of trail bums. It has a traditional ultralight backpack design.

The main body weighs 320g. This model is closest to the original UL backpacks that were created in the 1990s. Its simple design features a main body with mesh pockets on the front and sides and a shoulder strap. It reminds us of the origins of UL backpacks, where a backpack can be lightweight with a simple design without using special materials.

Wide shoulders to distribute the load

We paid particular attention to the width and thickness of the shoulder strap, as well as the cushioning of the urethane foam. The mesh front pocket, a signature design of UL backpacks, offers ample capacity for storing gear that is likely to get wet, such as shelters and rain gear. It uses a soft mesh that prioritizes UV resistance over stretch.

Ample capacity side pockets

The side pockets are made of a soft mesh that is UV resistant. Although the Bummer has a small main body capacity of 35L, the side pockets are large enough to hold two bottles and deep enough to allow easy access even while wearing the pack, making it ideal for UL hikers on long hikes.
