From winter climbing to winter mountain trekking , these shell pants are specially designed for alpine and ice climbing, from the materials to the finest details. They offer the stretch and breathability of a softshell, but also the protection of a 3L shell. The main material is supple 50 denier stretch nylon "Täsmä," while the knees and hips, which are prone to chafing, are made with high-strength mechanical stretch nylon "Täsmä." Full side zippers allow for easy on and off in any situation, a slim silhouette that won't get in the way in strong winds, a waist design designed for use with a harness, and removable suspenders. The inside, from below the knees to the hem, where crampons are most likely to damage the pants, is equipped with a crampon guard made of high-strength nylon with excellent cut resistance.
