These insulated pants for all seasons are both functional and sustainable, made with an innovative fabric construction that prevents microfiber shedding from polluting the ocean.

The Mono Air Pants were developed as a new generation of technical wear to replace fleece, and are designed based on the same concept as the award-winning Mono Air series. Aimed at combating marine plastic pollution, the pants use Polartec® Power Air Light, a specially designed material from Polartec, USA, which successfully reduces microfiber shedding by up to 80% compared to conventional fleece products. Furthermore, the lightweight, warm, and durable fabric is made from recycled and recyclable materials, achieving both functionality and sustainability.

With traditional fleece, the brushed fibers are exposed, which can shed during washing and use. The Mono Air series fabrics are designed with countless small pockets between the outer and inner fabrics, into which bulky fibers are knitted like batting. This special capsule structure traps warm air from the body to create insulation while preventing fibers from shedding. The surface of the fabric is also reinforced with Hardface® treatment to prevent pilling and snagging and to increase durability and water repellency, ensuring years of wear during rigorous outdoor activities.

The Mono Air Pants are primarily designed as an outer layer, but also function as a thermal layer under shell pants. Lightweight, durable, and made with stretchy, breathable fabric, they're versatile and perfect for year-round use. They're designed for comfort in everything from extreme adventures to weekend activities and everyday lifestyles.
