Regarding sizing, it is in US men's size.
We recommend that you choose a size that is roughly the same as your actual foot size. If you don't know your actual foot size, we recommend choosing a size that is 1cm smaller than your running shoes, if there is about 1cm of room in the toe area.
For example, if you wear a US 9 (27cm) ALTRA running shoe and have about 1cm of extra space in your toes, we recommend purchasing a US 8 (26cm)
Since the US size for women's shoes differs from that for men's shoes, if you wear a women's US7 (24cm) and have about 1cm of room in your toes, a US5 (23cm) would generally be the appropriate size.
