An outdoor knife must be durable and retain its sharpness for a long time. That's why we used Japanese carbon steel for the OK4. The handle is 116mm long and features a Santoprene friction grip for optimal grip and maneuverability. The holster also features a woven belt loop that fits belts up to 80mm wide and a pocket for a fire starter (sold separately). The blade is 3mm thick and made of Japanese carbon steel, hardened to HRC 58-60 and coated with a rust-resistant electrophoretic coating for corrosion resistance. The blade is Scandi-ground for sharpness, durability, and easy resharpening. The spine of the blade is designed to make it easier to start a fire with a fire starter.
