Ultra-lightweight, under 1kg, three-season tent with double entrance and vestibule
This ultra-lightweight, three-season two-person tent incorporates the know-how of Samaya's iconic single-wheel tents. The double entrance makes it ideal for fastpacking or mountain climbing. The vestibule is easy to use and allows for hassle-free access.
For a two-person hike, the weight is about 500g per person, which is a huge advantage. The weight savings can be allocated to food and other items, or you can choose warm clothing with a little more room, expanding your options beyond the tent and leading to a more enjoyable hike. Of course, it's also an excellent choice as a tent for hiking trips where you're conscious of distance and speed and want to keep weight as low as possible.
The bent poles are processed to increase their strength. The purpose of these poles is to create more space. They create more living space, not around the feet, but around the head, which means your head won't touch the tent when you're reading or working, and your sleeping bag won't get wet. They also allow you to create more width in the ceiling without using a ridge pole.
The main body walls are made of Nanovent, the same breathable material as the Samaya 2.0 and 2.5. The sides are mesh, so you can stay comfortable without getting overheated. The vestibule is made of Dyneema Composite Fabric.
From the 2025 production onwards, we will be using Carbon_X™ poles, developed exclusively by SAMAYA.

EXCLUSIVE SAMAYA® TECHNOLOGY
NANOVENT®
Nanovent®, developed by Samaya, is a next-generation three-layer fabric with a hydrophobic outer layer and a hydrophilic inner layer laminated with a membrane.
The porous polyurethane membrane allows air to circulate, creating a comfortable space. Lightweight and compact, Nanovent® provides perfect waterproofing and optimal condensation management, making it the perfect material for single-wall tents.
DYNEEMA® FLOOR
The construction is made by bonding Mylar® with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has a much higher molecular weight than regular polyethylene. UHMWPE is extremely lightweight yet offers outstanding impact resistance and excellent abrasion resistance. By bonding Mylar®, this combination provides both high abrasion resistance and waterproofing.
Carbon_X™ POLE
SAMAYA has developed the new Carbon_X™ pole. The pole body uses a draped carbon fiber construction. This reduces the risk of the pole breaking into small fragments in the event of breakage, making emergency repairs easier. Additionally, by changing the male end of the pole joint from aluminum to carbon, stresses associated with combining different materials can be avoided. The contrast between the red of the pole and the black of the joint makes it easy to see that the pole is properly assembled, reducing the risk of breakage during use.
