SAMAYA RADICAL1

This freestanding single-wall tent uses Dyneema® throughout. By eliminating unnecessary elements, it weighs under 700g. It's a minimalist, beautiful, and uncompromising tent, typical of SAMAYA.

The RADICAL1 is designed for alpine climbing in high-altitude environments, weighing just 694g (body, poles, and pegs) while maintaining weather resistance.

To create an ultra-lightweight, compact tent that can withstand even harder use, SAMAYA has used lightweight, highly abrasion-resistant Dyneema material for both the walls and bottom.

The walls are made of a lightweight, highly breathable Dyneema composite fabric laminated with an ePTFE membrane, offering a water resistance of 20,000mm. The floor is made of a highly abrasion-resistant and tensile-strength Dyneema composite fabric, also with a water resistance of 20,000mm.

Not only the main fabric, but also the poles are made of carbon instead of aluminum, and the included Dyneema guy lines are dispersed through titanium rings, making this a product made with no compromises.

*This is an ultra-lightweight model that does away with convenient features found in regular tents, such as small windows (ventilation), mesh pockets, and mesh doors. Please note that it may be difficult to use for general mountain climbing.

- Remove any dirt or stains with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly before storing.
- The Dyneema floor is strong against pulling and abrasion, but is vulnerable to sharp objects such as sticks and stones. If the ground is poor, please use the footprints (sold separately) when pitching the tent.
