The Z-Lite Pole is OMM's first attempt at running poles. Drawing on their experience in trail running, ultramarathons, and mountain marathons, they designed the ideal running pole. Lightweight and compact, it offers all the functionality mountain runners need.

The ergonomic EVA soft-grip handle provides a comfortable grip, and thoughtful design details include a recessed channel for securing the storage strap, a molded webbing wrist strap for a comfortable fit, a low-profile basket, and integrated cord management.

The fixed-length Z-Lite Pole is available in five different lengths, each with a color-coded wrist strap for easy identification. It can be disassembled into four sections for compact portability. It's the perfect companion for any adventure, from multi-day stage races and long-distance fastpacking trips to supporting a tarp at your next bivouac.
