It's made from recycled foam scraps from the production of NEMO's Switchback sleeping pads, reducing its environmental impact through the recycling process. In its first year alone, it saved 8.8 tons of foam waste from landfills and reduced CO2 emissions by 48 tons compared to using virgin material.

The foam density and shape are designed for optimal firmness when used as a seat, providing incredible comfort when sitting on the field and protecting you from the cold, hard ground. Unique coloring

The Chipper is made from scraps generated during the manufacturing process of the Switchback and other closed-cell foam pads, which are produced in the same factory. These scraps are cut and mixed together, so no two Chippers are the same color. This product combines environmental considerations with unique design.

Hexagonal Pattern

Like the Switchback, it is thick when unfolded and uses a unique pattern that allows it to be stored compactly.

The perfect firmness for your seat

Ordinary foam seats are often made with the same material and firmness as mattresses, but when used as a seat, they tend to be less comfortable because they exert a stronger, more pinpoint load than when lying down. Chipper compresses the collected foam to increase its density and is designed to be firmer than a mattress, improving comfort. This innovation significantly improves comfort when used as a seat.
