• BLOOM® foam insole
  Active Bloom® foam insoles are the first to feature a sustainable alternative to synthetic resins and petroleum-based EVA foam. This material is made from algae biomass, and since excessive algae growth can have a negative impact on marine environments, using this algae in footwear contributes to environmental cleanup.
• Breathable mesh
  Breathable, lightweight and comfortable.
• Quick drainage and drying
  The mesh construction allows for efficient drainage and keeps out sand and debris, while the non-absorbent material keeps the shoes lightweight and comfortable.
• Tough Rubber Compound: A tough rubber compound provides excellent grip and high abrasion resistance.
• Vegan*
  *The main materials used in Vivobarefoot's vegan products are synthetic and not derived from animals. However, we are not currently able to fully ensure transparency as to whether the manufacturing process for small parts such as adhesives and dyes used in our products meets the strictest vegan standards. Therefore, while we believe these shoes are vegan, we cannot yet say for sure. We want to be honest about this point.
