This lightweight, warm hat is ideal for winter alpine climbing and other activities. Its Active Levitend® windshell exterior and lightweight fleece lining provide ideal head protection for active, ever-changing winter conditions. Side ear flaps are designed for a snug fit, and the thin, foam-filled brim has a wired hem for easy adjustment. An elastic cord system at the back allows for an adjustable fit, and the sides also feature ventilation areas. Removable elastic cords and toggles allow for attachment to clothing or a pack in high winds, and reflective material adds safety.

Active Levitend® material is a high-performance material that is thin, strong, and extremely flexible. The raw material, Ultramid Biomass Polyamide, is a material whose manufacturing raw materials have been replaced from fossil resources with renewable raw materials such as biogas and bio-naphtha. Klättermusen is the first outdoor brand to adopt this fiber, and is actively adopting materials made from 100% renewable raw materials.
