Ultra-lightweight synthetic mesh T-shirt with emphasis on breathability

A new synthetic fiber T-shirt series.
The mesh structure increases breathability, preventing sweating even during strenuous activities and making this a quick-drying item perfect for the humid summer.
The stretchability comes from crimping the yarn without adding polyurethane, and the lack of polyurethane reduces water retention and improves quick-drying properties.

In addition, since it is made of 100% polyester, cutting scraps and used clothing can be recycled into thread and recycled again using the recycling program "ByeHello."

"ByeHello" Project

STATIC runs a recycling program called "ByeHello," which collects polyester product scraps and used products, spins them into recycled polyester yarn, and delivers new products.
Products that have the words "Regenerate me!" on the care label are eligible for this program.
STATIC's sustainable system for outdoor products involves minimizing waste generation, incinerating it, reducing carbon dioxide emissions, and recycling raw materials.

The importance of using recycled materials

In the "life cycle of clothing," from raw material procurement to disposal after wear, the raw material procurement process accounts for the largest amount of CO2 emissions, accounting for approximately 50% of the total. In other words, reducing CO2 emissions during raw material procurement will significantly reduce the environmental impact over the "life cycle of clothing." In the case of pre-consumer recycled nylon (*), there are examples where CO2 emissions have been reduced by as much as 75%, so we believe that using recycled materials as much as possible and choosing and wearing such clothing is an important action.

*Pre-consumer recycled nylon:
This product is made by recycling nylon cotton waste, which was previously incinerated when manufacturing nylon yarn, and regenerating it into nylon yarn and fabric.
