The Z-Lite Carbon Pole is OMM's first attempt at running poles. Drawing on our experience in trail running, ultramarathons, and mountain marathons, we designed the ideal running pole. It is lightweight and compact, yet has the functionality required for mountain runners.

The ergonomic EVA soft-grip handle provides a comfortable grip, and the high-quality carbon fiber construction keeps the weight low and provides excellent energy return. Thoughtful design details include a recessed channel for securing the storage strap, a molded webbing wrist strap for a comfortable fit, a low-profile basket, and integrated cord management.

The fixed-length Z-Lite Carbon is available in five different lengths, each distinguishable by a color-coded wrist strap. It can be disassembled into four sections for compact portability. Whether you're on a multi-day stage race, long-distance fastpacking trip, or even using it as a tarp pole at your next bivouac, it's the perfect companion for any adventure.

This allows for the shortest possible storage size while maintaining the strength and performance required for running poles. We also use high-quality carbon fiber for the best strength-to-weight ratio, providing optimal energy return for mountain runners.
