The Spark SpIII is a model designed for sub-zero temperatures. It's ideal for winter missions where you want to minimize your luggage. The entire jacket features a box baffle design, allowing for more down and eliminating cold spots. This expedition-sized mummy-style jacket offers ample space. Vertical baffles above the torso prevent down migration. The half-length zipper features two sliders for excellent ventilation and ease of use.
Ultra Dry Down is treated with a water-repellent coating to virtually eliminate moisture, which can have a detrimental effect on down. It protects the down from moisture in the air and prevents condensation from forming inside. The use of Ultra Dry Down makes it suitable for harsh environments such as alpine climbing and adventure racing, where every gram counts.
